Demonstrating AI-Driven Intelligence for Financial Services
Yoono, an AI-powered people intelligence platform for modern due diligence, is showcased at the new LHoFT AI Experience Centre from 13 April 2026, giving visitors the opportunity to experience how AI is transforming decision-making across financial services.
The AI Experience Centre, launched by the Luxembourg House of Financial Technology (LHoFT), is designed to demonstrate the transformative capabilities of AI in enhancing financial service operations, with a focus on improving efficiency, accuracy, security and innovation across the sector. It aims to accelerate the adoption of scalable, high impact AI solutions and support the ongoing digital transformation of financial services.
The AI Experience Centre was officially opened with senior national representation, welcoming H.R.H. The Grand Duke as guest of honour, alongside Prime Minister Luc Frieden and Minister of Finance Gilles Roth. The opening featured keynote speeches from Prime Minister Luc Frieden, Minister of Finance Gilles Roth and Nasir Zubairi, CEO of LHoFT, underscoring the strategic importance of artificial intelligence to Luxembourg’s financial services sector and its role in the country’s long-term economic vision.
As part of this initiative, Yoono is featured among a select group of technologies showcasing real world AI applications in finance. Visitors can explore the platform through live demonstrations and see first-hand how AI transforms fragmented data into structured, audit ready intelligence that supports confident decision making.

AI transforming how organisations understand people risk
Yoono applies artificial intelligence to one of the most complex and high-risk challenges in financial services: understanding the individuals behind investments, clients and counterparties.
Using advanced data processing, entity resolution and machine learning techniques, the platform analyses vast volumes of structured and unstructured data across global public records, corporate filings, litigation datasets, regulatory sources and media. It then converts this into clear, structured and explainable intelligence.
Richard Tavernor, CEO of Yoono, said:
“Yoono uses AI to turn complex, fragmented information into clear and accurate, audit ready intelligence. We’re delighted to be part of the AI Experience Centre and grateful to LHoFT for the opportunity to showcase how this can support better decision making in financial services.”
This enables organisations to move beyond traditional screening tools and manual research towards a deeper, AI-driven understanding of identity, risk and reputation, improving decision quality while significantly reducing the time and effort required. This enables firms to make faster, more confident decisions while meeting increasing regulatory expectations.
From manual processes to AI-powered intelligence
Across the financial sector, due diligence processes often remain fragmented, relying on manual research, disconnected tools and self-reported information that is difficult to verify and defend.
Yoono addresses this by using AI to automate investigative grade research and transform it into consistent, audit ready reports. What traditionally takes hours or days of manual effort is delivered in minutes, without sacrificing depth or accuracy.
By filtering noise, identifying material risks and structuring outputs in a traceable format, Yoono enables teams to focus on judgement and decision making rather than data gathering.

Experience Yoono live at the AI Experience Centre
Visitors to the AI Experience Centre can see Yoono in action within a broader ecosystem of AI technologies designed to address real-world financial challenges, including compliance, risk management and advisory services.
The centre provides a hands-on environment where financial institutions, technology providers and regulators can engage directly with AI solutions, fostering collaboration and accelerating adoption.
Dr. Esli Spahiu, AI Experience Centre Manager at LHoFT, said:
“The AI Experience Centre consists of a physical hub designed for hands-on exploration. Through real-world use cases in financial services, we invite everyone to engage with the technology firsthand and understand its true potential. We are pleased to feature Yoono as part of this initiative and to highlight how AI can support stronger decision-making and risk management across the sector.”
Yoono’s presence highlights the growing role of AI in enabling confident, defensible decision-making in regulated financial services.
